]]>This video is a exhibition project we did for Little Simz track “Gorilla”. By implementing movement direction & dance with visual storytelling, we aimed to create a dance video which is both fun, creative and easy digested content for David Vu’s social channels. The project was executed in two days. After 1 day of choreographing and putting together with the dancers, we went into production.
The response of Gorilla was overwhelming! The video got a total of 1,4 million views organically on Tiktok, getting attention from huge brands suchs as Vans, Hypebeast, the artist herself Little Simz and many more. Gorilla was shared by over 5500 users, and saved by over 25 000+. It also gained a great response on Instagram with a count of 127000 views. The response is still ongoing and increasing as of now. We had so much fun working with this video, and will keep on creating more content like this.

We commenced the transformation journey by reimagining Sweetmint’s brand identity. A vibrant, playful new logo was meticulously crafted to reflect the essence of the brand, infusing it with fresh energy and appeal. Additionally, we curated a dynamic color palette and designed captivating visual elements that seamlessly translated across both physical and digital touchpoints.
Recognizing the pivotal role of the website as the digital storefront, we conceptualized and executed a complete overhaul of Sweetmint’s online platform. The new website was thoughtfully designed to enhance user experience, featuring engaging visuals, intuitive navigation, and interactive elements. Pastel hues adorned product backgrounds, injecting a sense of whimsy and charm while showcasing Sweetmint’s diverse offerings.
To elevate Sweetmint’s social media presence and drive e-commerce sales, Vimo Media revolutionized their approach to content creation and advertising. High-quality, professionally curated visual content replaced mobile footage, capturing the attention and imagination of the target audience. Strategic social media advertising campaigns were deployed, leveraging captivating imagery and compelling messaging to amplify brand visibility and drive conversion.
In alignment with Sweetmint’s values, we created a series of community engagement initiatives to foster meaningful connections and drive brand advocacy. TikTok Triumph:
In just 30 days, we orchestrated a remarkable transformation, propelling Hør her’a from a nonexistent TikTok presence to a thriving community of 2144 followers. The key to our success lay in crafting content that not only entertained but also piqued the curiosity of potential viewers. Through a carefully curated mix of behind-the-scenes footage, challenges, and interactive content, we sparked a TikTok frenzy, accumulating an impressive 45,450 likes and fostering genuine engagement.
Instagram Branding Boost:
Simultaneously, we turned our attention to Instagram, reshaping the movie’s branding to captivate a broader audience. Leveraging our creative prowess, we had a increase in followers by 800%, establishing a visually cohesive and compelling presence that resonated with fans of the movie.
Strategic Storytelling:
To reinforce the connection between the audience and the movie’s narrative, we introduced a captivating mini-series “Tour De Groruddalen” exclusive to social media platforms. The series showcased the main characters exploring the very locations where Hør her’a was filmed. This approach not only humanized the characters but also immersed the audience in the movie’s world, creating a playful and youthful ambiance that mirrored the film’s spirit.
Driving Engagement to Cinemas:
Our strategy went beyond mere social media metrics. By strategically integrating calls-to-action within our content, we motivated the growing community to experience Hør her’a on the big screen in Norway. The result was not just online engagement but a tangible impact at the cinemas, driving traffic to the cinemas.

As this has been a kickstarter project for Yasmin as a Creative Director, Mynor has also ignited a new flame for Vimo Media. Upon working with MyNor we discovered our true purpose and vision in the industry. We saw a lack of minority representation in the film and media industry in Norway, both in front of and behind the camera. We’ve always had a goal to create diversity in the media landscape but this mission became clear fto us when we started planning for MyNor. MyNor is a campaign celebrating the diversity of the Norwegian culture by showing that individuals percieve culture quite differently. Yasmin wanted to showcase siblings from 5 different families through unique fashionable settings. We produced the background sets from scratch by building walls and painting and decorating them in the unique settings for each scene. Picking out the cast and creating the set design we wanted for the campaign video.
This summer in Oslo, we’ll be having an event covering the MyNor campaign, as well as launching our own merchandise for MyNor. Further information will be announced.
